Opening Package on Delivery
Customers are allowed to open the package upon delivery to check the items before accepting the order.

Returns & Shipping Fees
If you choose to return the order after opening the package, the shipping fees will be your responsibility. This applies to refused deliveries or returned packages after inspection.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.

Remote Area / Far Location Policy
For locations considered far or outside standard delivery zones, the shipping fee may be required before dispatching your order. This deposit covers courier costs and confirms the order.
