Return & Exchange Policy

Return Upon Delivery
Customers may open and inspect the package when it arrives. If you decide to return the item immediately to the delivery representative, you may do so, but shipping fees must be paid.

Return After Delivery
Customers have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, provided that:

  • The item is unused

  • In original condition

  • With original packaging and invoice

If you request a return after the delivery representative has left, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee so a courier can be sent to pick up the order.

Exchange Policy

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES FOR EXCHANGES:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Exchanges are only available for size changes of the same product and same color.

  • The exchange process typically takes 3–5 days to complete.

  • An exchange fee of 80 EGP applies.

  • Once you submit your exchange request, we will receive it and process your replacement order.
