Exchange & Returns Policy

At Ruelle, we want you to feel confident with every purchase.

Please inspect and try on your order while the courier is present.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, simply return it to the courier before they leave and place a new order for your preferred item.

Please note:

• Returns and exchanges are only accepted while the courier is present.
• Once the courier has left, the order is considered accepted, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable and will apply to any new order.
• If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll be happy to assist you.
